Our contact page our administrator will email you initially to support you to be matched with the most suitable member of the team (based on your availability and difficulties). Once you feel happy with the recommended match the therapist will email you directly to book in a free introductory call.

Free introductory call
This is usually a 15 minute call carried out on Zoom or the phone to discuss what you are currently looking for. The therapist can answer questions you have about therapy, and you can get to see if you feel comfortable with the therapist. If at this point the therapist believes that you are in the right place for support then they will offer you an initial assessment appointment.

Initial assessment appointment
This is booked for during your initial consultation. When you attend it is an opportunity to go through your areas of difficulty in more detail, and understand what you’d like to be different in your life. The therapist will then develop a plan for your work together which pulls together an understanding of your issues in the context of your life experiences and current circumstances, and what you hope to get from your period of therapy.

We can work with you online (using Zoom, Remote EMDR, Microsoft Teams or Bilateral Base) or face-to-face in Manchester.
