You can expect creative approaches in therapy in addition to EMDR and traditional talk therapy. We sometimes use movement, bodywork, drawing, or letter-writing as tools in recovery. This can be a powerful way to re-write your inner narrative.

While going outside of your comfort zone is necessary, and feeling unpleasant emotions is part of the healing process - remember, you are not alone.
